Day 4 of the stomach flu and she was starting to feel better but still not well enough to go outside and play so we got a little creative to keep her amused.

Lions & Tigers & Ducks OH MY!!!

We had a pretty big storm blow thru and some

wise Ducks decided to take refuge in our backyard.

The Pups went balistic and Anna screamed with delight. So, I wrapped her up and we went out to walk and talk w/ the ducks. The next morning when we came downstairs she went straight to the back door and plastered herself on the door and kept saying DUCK DUCK DUCK!!!!

*Hard to get a good photo at night...in the rain...with a child on your hip.

Anna's B-day gift from Papa

Papa bought Anna a trike and had it sent to the house.

It was the biggest box I had ever seen!

She was so excited!

First thing she wanted to do was put BABY in the back.

She would then say BYEEEEE BYEEE and scoot away.

She has yet to master the peddling.

Time Out!

Yes.... we now have a time out stool.

Which she will go get and put in the corner and sit down on.

I think it is still a novelty to her but eventually that will wear off! hahaha

The 20th Birthday/Anniversary was the week before Tom deployed.

He was Crazy busy at the office. It was a grand week though!
